David Tennant is quitting Doctor Who. Jerry Chandler forwarded to me the link with the news earlier tonight, ruining what otherwise would have been a fine evening. I realize everyone has their favorite Doctor Who; Tennant was mine.

As good as Tennant’s been, I still like Eccleston SLIGHTLY more, and Tom Baker still has a warm place in my heart.

A thought occurs to my editing After Effectsing creating mind. If Tennant’s going to do a couple specials, they could, in theory at least, have every one of the Doctor’s incarnations interacting Gump-style in one Giant Gallifreyan Gabfest Of Glory.
